Today we bring to you, Mikey Tanha, the CEO of a lifestyle hospitality company called Noble 33 that manages and oversees some of the world’s best high-energy fine-dining restaurants. Mikey Tanha is a very hardworking and enthusiastic person and thereby has struggled enough and faced a lot to be at the place where he is today. Mikey entered the hospitality world in 2013 as CFO and Partner of The Madera Group and Tocaya Organica.
Telling more precisely about the company, Noble 33 is a hospitality and lifestyle company with an ever-evolving line-up of unique and incredible, social dining restaurants stateside and abroad. Being further ambitious about the company, Mikey has his goal fixed and his future targets for new locations include West Hollywood, Toronto, Las Vegas, Chicago, Miami, New York, and Dubai.
Prior to the hospitality, Mikey had gained an adequate amount of work experience. Mikey had a finance and private equity background from his days at Merrill Lynch and Boulevard Family Wealth and he was thereafter promoted to President in 2019 for both Companies. Mikey had led both the national and international expansion of the companies from 4 restaurants to over 25 (Tocaya, Toca Madera, Madera, and soon to come, Casa Madera). He has even experienced senior executive team and oversaw a total of over 1,200 employees. Mikey proudly mentions, “Tocaya is now merging with Tender Greens (announcements went out this week). I led and oversaw the development of that merger”.
He did not have a rich family history or help from others. On being asked about how he survived during the initial days, Mikey declared that sourcing and finding the right partner and team is essential for a business to succeed. “While we have a lot of the same strengths, we complement each other very well. He is more of an expert on the creative side of the business (i.e., design and menu creation) while I excel more on the business side (deal structuring, business planning, management). Together we make an unstoppable duo.”
Being excited about his career, he really likes what he does, making it much easier to work for. Mikey mentions that it has become very fulfilling and exciting for him and he always looks forward to all of the exciting projects that they have in their pipeline both nationally and internationally.
